Our Fees

Landlord fees:

Sales: Sole Agency 1.5% Multiple agency 2 %

Fully managed: 15%

Lettings: 7%

Rent collect: 5%

Guaranteed rent: No fee

Agreement fee: £750.00

Anti-money laundering and ID Check: £50.00

Deposit protection registration: £50.00

Inventory: £250.00

Tenant fees:

No upfront fees are payable for tenancy.

Interest on late rent payments will be charged at 3% above the Bank of England’s base rate from the date the rent falls due, until the date it is paid.  This charge will be levied after the tenant is at least 14 days in arrears and will be backdated to when it fell due.

Tenancy amendment fee -£50.00 (this may increase depending on the level of work required)

Key Replacement Fee -this will be the actual cost of the replacement key or fob, tenants may also be charged for the cost of a replacement lock if required.

Damages/Repairs – any damage caused by tenants which breaches the tenancy agreement will be charged to the tenant(s). This can also include the call out cost charged by a contractor if the issue is deemed to be the tenant’s fault.

Late Exit Fee – £15.00 per hour for every hour that you are late past your exit time.
